Shipping Policy and Procedures

Shipping & handling is calculated by UPS for each order within the Continental United States, regardless of how much you order. International orders are subject to additional charges. To place an international order, please call our Customer Care Center at (909) 595-0826. Orders received by 2pm Pacific Standard time are shipped the same business day, orders received after 2pm are shipped the following business day.

We accept the following major credit cards: Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover. You may also pay using check by phone or a check or money order when placing your order by mail.

After you have made your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email within 24 hours. The email will contain your shipping confirmation number. Please keep this number as it will be necessary to locate your order. If you did not provide us with an email address, please keep your Order Confirmation number readily available from time of purchase. Our Customer Care Center will be able to track your package for you. Just give us a call.
