Only one opened package of any product is eligible for return. All others of the same product must be in a factory sealed container for a refund. We will credit your account within one week of receiving your return. Please note that customers are responsible for the postage on return items and will not be refunded for those charges. Please e-mail or call our Customer Care Department at cs@ubbvitamins.com or (877) 882-2926 within 60 days of the shipment date to receive authorization and return instructions.

International Orders

• Do Not order items that are illegal to import into your country. Laws vary country to country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to see if your country permits the shipment of our products.
• If the package is seized by Customs for any reason and we do not receive the package back, we will not issue you a refund. If we do receive the package back after being seized and the products are in perfect condition, we will credit you the product cost, but you are still responsible for the shipping charges.
  
• Prepayment is Required Payment must be by credit card, US or International Money Order, or personal check drawn on a US bank.
• You Pay Shipping based on weight, size of the package and final destination. The $5.95 standard shipping charge does not apply to international orders.
